  • 2 White Peaches or Nectarines (sliced)
  • 6 ounces Raspberries
  • 1 cup Feta Cheese or White Cheddar Cheese
  • 3/4 cup Sliced Almonds
  • 3 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 3/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Red Apple Vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the greens by placing them in a large bowl or platter.
  2. Slice peaches and scatter them along with fresh raspberries and cheese over the greens.
  3. In a small saucepan, heat sliced almonds with sugar over low heat until the sugar melts and coats the almonds. Pour onto wax paper to cool.
