Ingredients
- 20 gyozas or potstickers
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 can (14 oz) unsweetened coconut milk
- 3 tbsp Thai red curry paste
- 4 garlic cloves, grated
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- Chopped chives for serving
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Grate garlic and ginger.
- In another pot, heat vegetable oil over medium heat; sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Add chicken broth, coconut milk, soy sauce, fish sauce, sesame oil, curry paste, brown sugar, and lime juice. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Cook gyozas in boiling water per package instructions; drain.
- Divide gyozas into bowls and pour hot soup over them. Garnish with chives.
