  • 150g (5 oz) lean ground beef
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 tsp honey (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200C (400F). Toss cubed sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
