- 1 acorn squash
- Olive oil spray
- Salt

- 225g (8oz) ground beef

- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 3/4 cup beef or chicken stock
- 1/3 cup frozen peas
- 15g (0.5oz) cheddar, grated
- 25g (1oz) mozzarella, grated
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Halve the acorn squash, remove seeds, spray with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until tender.
