Instructions

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and baking powder.
  3. In another bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Beat in the egg, then add peanut butter and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until fully combined.
  5. Roll tablespoon-sized dough balls in granulated sugar and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
