Ingredients

- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garam masala
- 3–4 green cardamom pods
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 4–5 cloves
- 1/4 cup cooking oil or ghee

Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients: Gather all your ingredients for a smooth cooking process.
- Marinate the Lamb: Mix lamb with ginger-garlic paste, yogurt, turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Sauté Onions and Spices: In a heavy pot over medium heat, add oil or ghee and sauté sliced onions until golden brown. Add cardamom pods, cinnamon stick, cloves, and garam masala until fragrant.
