- 1 ½ cups heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente; reserve ½ cup of pasta water.
- Pat the beef dry and season with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat; sear the beef for about 2 minutes per side until browned.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat and add unsalted butter and minced garlic; sauté until fragrant.
