  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons parsley (chopped)
  • 8 ounces deli meats (chicken or turkey)
  • 6 ounces mozzarella cheese (shredded)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Roll out the pizza dough on the prepared baking sheet; brush half of the butter mixture over it while leaving a half-inch border.

  5. Start rolling from one long side and pinch to seal tightly; tuck ends under and place seam side down on the baking sheet.
