Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta (penne, spaghetti, or linguine)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup dry white grape juice or chicken broth
- Fresh spinach (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
