  • 8 oz lump crab meat
  • 4 oz claw crab meat
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp white cheddar
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup minced shallot
  • Fresh parsley
  • Fresh chives
  • Garlic
  • Old Bay seasoning

Instructions
