  • 4 TBSP honey
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tsp unflavored powdered Vegan Gelatin
  • 2 TBSP water
  • 2 tsp vanilla bean paste
  • 4 oz semi-sweet chocolate
  • 4 oz heavy cream
  • 1 pint fresh raspberries
  • Chocolate curls

Instructions

  1. Prepare the brownie base by mixing dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately, then combining and baking.
  2. For the chocolate mousse layer: Melt semi-sweet chocolate and fold it into whipped cream with dissolved gelatin.
  3. Create the raspberry mousse by pureeing raspberries and mixing with melted white chocolate and whipped cream.
  4. Make the vanilla mousse by melting white chocolate and combining it with whipped cream and honey.
