  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken, diced
  • 8 strips Turkey Turkey Bacon, cooked crispy
  • 2 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 8 tbsp butter
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 12 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic. Add heavy cream and simmer. Stir in parmesan until thickened; set aside.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough and cut into circles. Press each circle into a muffin pan.
  4. Layer mozzarella cheese at the bottom, add diced chicken, spoon in Alfredo sauce, top with turkey bacon, and finish with more mozzarella.
  5. Bake for 10-14 minutes until golden brown. Brush with garlic butter before serving.
