  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 ½ cups Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Red pepper flakes, optional

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve about 1 cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.
  2. Season the chicken pieces with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
