  • 60g (½ cup) plain flour
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 50g (½ cup) grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 medium egg
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the cauliflower: Steam or boil florets for about 6 minutes until tender. Drain thoroughly.
  2. Prepare the mixture: In a mixing bowl, lightly mash the cooked cauliflower until small lumps remain.
  3. Combine ingredients: Add salt, pepper, lemon zest, parsley, chives, flour, garlic, parmesan cheese, and egg. Mix until well combined.
  4. Form fritters: Scoop heaped tablespoons of the mixture and shape into patties.
