Ingredients

- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- Zest of 1 lemon

- 60g (½ cup) plain flour
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 50g (½ cup) grated parmesan cheese
- 1 medium egg
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Cook the cauliflower: Steam or boil florets for about 6 minutes until tender. Drain thoroughly.
- Prepare the mixture: In a mixing bowl, lightly mash the cooked cauliflower until small lumps remain.
- Combine ingredients: Add salt, pepper, lemon zest, parsley, chives, flour, garlic, parmesan cheese, and egg. Mix until well combined.
