- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup dill pickles (chopped)
- 1.5 Tbsp. pickle juice
- 8 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
- In a nonstick skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion until the beef is no longer pink.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and mustard; stir to combine and simmer.
- In a mixing bowl, combine light mayonnaise, ketchup, chopped pickles, and pickle juice to make the sauce.
- Assemble each bowl starting with shredded lettuce as the base, then add cooked beef mixture and shredded cheese. Top with your choice of additional toppings like pickles and tomatoes.
