- 5 medium apples (peeled, cored, and diced)
- 1/3 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 8 flour tortillas (6-inch)
- Non-stick cooking spray
Instructions
- In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine chopped apples, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, and water. Cook for about 10 minutes until apples soften.
