Instructions
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add apples, sugar, and cinnamon; cook until softened.
- Mix cornstarch with water; add to the apple mixture and continue cooking until thickened. Let cool.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Flatten each biscuit and place a tablespoon of filling in the center. Seal by pinching edges together.
- Dip each bomb in melted butter then roll in sugar and cinnamon mixture.
