Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup water
- 24 wonton wrappers
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- Fresh toppings: diced tomatoes

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a muffin pan.
- In a frying pan over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked; drain excess fat. Mix in taco seasoning and water; let it thicken slightly.
- Press wonton wrappers into muffin sections, covering bottom and sides. Fill each with spiced beef and top with cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese.
- Layer another wonton wrapper over each and repeat the filling process.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until wrappers are crispy and cheese is bubbly.
